I started using a bunch of skincare products from this company recently and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how well they work. However, I did run into a couple of issues that I think are important to mention. First off, the claim about partnering with WorldFirst UK Business Banking was kinda misleading since my bank application got rejected right away when I tried to use this partnership. That was frustrating and left me feeling a bit misled. Also, the free domain they offered wasn't all that special because a lot of hosting providers throw in a free domain with their services too. Despite these hiccups, I would still recommend 1st Formations to anyone looking to get their company set up quickly, but just make sure to do your homework and ask questions to avoid any potential problems.

Comfortable cycling apparel
I gotta tell ya, the cycling gear I got from here is seriously top-notch. The bibs are hands down the comfiest I've ever worn, and the other stuff I picked up has all been great quality and met my expectations. But let me tell ya about their marketing team - they are downright annoying. They completely disregard email frequency settings and just spam you non-stop. It's like they don't even care about giving you some inbox space. Get ready to hit that unsubscribe button every time you make a purchase.

4 new tires with a 6-year warranty
I bought 4 new tires last June in Winnipeg, and the salesperson talked me into getting a 6-year warranty. They said it would cover wear and tear, and recommended getting an alignment at their store. But after just one summer of driving, I noticed the tires were wearing out badly, which was dangerous. When I contacted Canadian Tire, different locations gave me conflicting information about my warranty coverage. When I went back to the store, the staff didn't take my concerns seriously and didn't admit they hadn't aligned my tires properly, causing the premature wear. Kal Tire confirmed it was a misaligned camber, not the bearings like Canadian Tire had said. I'm disappointed in the lack of accountability and honesty from Canadian Tire during the sale.

Anime-style robes purchase
I tend to just ignore ads on social media, eh, but when I came across these anime-style robes, I couldn't help myself. They totally looked like they came straight out of a sci-fi flick and I just had to get my hands on them, ya know? So, I bought 'em and was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly they fit and how nice the fabric felt. I'm thinking about using them for cosplay or maybe in a skit down the road. All in all, I was super happy with my purchase and I'm crossing my fingers for more cool stuff from this company in the future, eh.

Replacement part request
I got in touch with the company in late November 2023 because I needed a replacement part for the broken handle on my carry-on spinner case. It took a bit of back and forth with different service agents since there wasn't one in my country, but eventually, someone from Carucci Care helped me out. I sent them photos and product codes, paid the invoice quickly, but I'm still waiting for the part to show up. Even after following up multiple times, it hasn't arrived. When I reached out to Bric's USA for help, they couldn't assist me because I'm outside the US. As a global luggage supplier, I expected better support for my post-sales needs. It feels like there's a big gap in customer service, especially when it comes to international customers like me. I'm let down by the lack of care and help for post-sales service, especially considering the brand's reputation and prices. I'll be patient and wait for the part, but I won't be buying from this brand again.
