I can't believe the terrible customer service I got from this company. The handle of my purchase broke within a year, so I contacted customer care for a replacement. They said they would send me a new handle, but after reaching out multiple times, I still haven't heard back from them. It's not right for a company to ignore their customers like that. I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
