Lost earring replacement
I just lost one earring from a set I bought and I was so upset about it. So I contacted the customer service at this company and they were so great about it. They totally got what happened and sent me a whole new pair right away. I'm super happy with how they handled it and I'll definitely keep buying from this brand.

Faulty handle replacement
I can't believe the terrible customer service I got from this company. The handle of my purchase broke within a year, so I contacted customer care for a replacement. They said they would send me a new handle, but after reaching out multiple times, I still haven't heard back from them. It's not right for a company to ignore their customers like that. I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I bought the 'Duplicate File Finder' app a couple of years back and ran into an issue using it again. I contacted customer support and they were super helpful, sending me step-by-step instructions via email. I liked how quickly and directly they communicated with me, and it was cool that there weren't any extra charges. On the other hand, when I asked Apple for help, they kinda threw shade at the app maker, which was annoying because I had a massive 15,000 photo library that needed organizing.
