    High-end skincare products

    Even though the high-end skincare products are top-notch, the customer service sucks. I spent a lot of money on these products, but my customer service experience was terrible. I reached out for help twice and didn't get a response, which is not cool for a brand like this. Now, I'm looking into other skincare companies that treat their customers better.

    Long-time customer, frequent cancellation, bad customer service

    I've been a faithful customer of this company for over 15 years and I've always been happy with the products and service I've received. However, lately, there's been a concerning trend where my orders get accepted, money is taken, but then I get notifications later saying the items are out of stock with no replacements coming. This has happened a few times, even though the items are listed on their website at full price. I've had to bug their customer service team for weeks, only to be told that the items are no longer available. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I don't know what's changed within the company to cause this drop in service.

    Phyto-Teint Perfection foundation

    Watch out for Ana from Sisley in Lisbon! When I went to Sephora at Cascais Shopping in March 2024, she totally led me in the wrong direction. The foundation she suggested made my skin dry, emphasized my wrinkles, and didn't match my skin tone. I ended up wasting 90 euros on a product that wasn't right for me, all because of her bad advice. Definitely my worst purchase ever – avoid Ana at Sisley in Lisbon!

    So I'm just a tourist in the Cayman Islands and I found this cute little shop called LA Parfumerie. I was just browsing for some new makeup and then this Beauty Consultant from a fancy brand came up to me and started telling me all about their products. I gotta say, I was really interested. In the end, I bought the black rose skincare set and a couple of lipsticks, and let me tell you, I'm really happy with them! The quality is top-notch and now I'm excited to try out more stuff from this brand.

    Fatigue collection

    So I bought the Fatigue collection from this store, and honestly, I was kind of let down by the whole thing. I was really excited to get some free stuff that was supposed to come with the eye serum, but when my order showed up, one of the free samples was missing. And to top it off, another free sample was also missing. Like, I get that the samples are small, but come on - if they say you're gonna get something for free, you should actually get it, especially from a fancy store like this. Seems like I'm not the only one who had this issue after reading some other reviews, which is really disappointing. I think I'll think twice before ordering from them again in the future.

    Eye cream purchase, missing gift with purchase, price drop on Cyber Monday

    I recently bought some eye cream on Black Friday because they offered a gift with purchase. But when my order came, there was no gift in sight! To make things worse, the price of the eye cream dropped by half on Cyber Monday. I was so annoyed by these mix-ups. I tried calling and emailing customer service many times, but they never got back to me. Their lack of response and not keeping their word has really turned me off. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    This makeup is a total game-changer! Sure, it's a bit pricey, but let me tell you, it's worth every cent. I decided to treat myself to the antiaging makeup and the phyto one, and wow - my skin looks amazing. The formulas are so light and natural, it really looks like my skin but better. And on top of that, my order arrived super quick and even came with some extra goodies that made me feel like a VIP. If you want to step up your skincare and makeup game, this brand is definitely the way to go.

    The customer service at this store is terrible. I ordered some skincare products, they took my money, but I never got the items. I emailed them many times and they finally said the products were out of stock, even though they were still on the website as available. And on top of that, I still haven't gotten my money back. It's ridiculous that I have to keep bothering them for a refund when they didn't even have the items. The way they don't communicate or tell customers what's going on is really disappointing.

    So, I went and bought this thing from the store, eh? And then they totally messed up my order, so I had to return it. But then, it took forever to get my refund, you know? I even emailed them three times, but they didn't even bother replying! It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. So rude, eh?     Adverse reaction to product

    I gotta say, dealing with customer support after having a bad reaction to a product was just awful. They said they'd take back the product, but man, what a mess. First they sent the wrong paperwork for pick-up, so the courier had to leave with nothing. Then, when they rescheduled, same thing happened - wrong paperwork, no product. It took forever for them to finally send the right paperwork, and I was stuck with these products giving me a rash. And to top it off, customer service has been totally MIA, not responding to any of my messages. Just a real frustrating situation, ya know?

    High-end products, unoriginal, disappointing service

    I recently bought some fancy products and I was really let down by the whole thing. The customer service was not great, the leadership was kind of weak, and it was obvious that they cared more about making money than actually looking after their customers. And to top it all off, the technology they used was old-fashioned, which made everything feel like a headache. It was clear they were lacking in creativity, since they were just copying what their competitors were doing instead of coming up with their own ideas.     2 eye stylos

    I bought 2 eye stylos online not long ago, and boy was I let down. When I opened the package, both stylos went flying across the floor thanks to the lousy packaging. It was a luxury product, so I was expecting better. The zebra design on the stylos wasn't my thing either, which just added to my disappointment. I think I'll be sticking to Chanel and Dior for my makeup from now on as a customer.

    So, I got this new corrector pen and I gotta say, I was really pumped to give it a go! It's super user-friendly, you can even apply it with just your fingers. The formula is creamy and it does a great job at concealing any flaws. I used it on my dark circles and man, it really did the trick! It covered them up and gave my skin a smooth, radiant finish. I definitely suggest giving it a shot!

    Black Friday order from France to Austria

    During all the Black Friday madness, I got my package from France to Austria in just three days! The packaging was so pretty and the free gifts were even better than I expected. It was such a great experience, and I'll definitely be buying from this online store again. I can't even think of anything that could have been better!
