Long-time customer, frequent cancellation, bad customer service
I've been a faithful customer of this company for over 15 years and I've always been happy with the products and service I've received. However, lately, there's been a concerning trend where my orders get accepted, money is taken, but then I get notifications later saying the items are out of stock with no replacements coming. This has happened a few times, even though the items are listed on their website at full price. I've had to bug their customer service team for weeks, only to be told that the items are no longer available. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I don't know what's changed within the company to cause this drop in service.

Recent jacket purchase
I just bought a jacket from last season and was so happy to see that it was still available, even though it wasn't in the main section of the website. It was a big score for me! Ordering it was easy peasy, no issues at all. I really liked how simple it was to find what I wanted on the website.
