Recent jean purchase
I've been a loyal customer of yours for years and always loved your jeans - they're such great quality and style. But, last time I ordered a pair, I ran into a little hiccup with the stock, and I gotta admit, I was a bit worried at first. That is until Shaun stepped in and totally saved the day. He went out of his way to fix everything up and make sure I was happy with my purchase. Shaun's exceptional customer service totally won me over and I'll definitely keep supporting your brand. Evisu t-shirt purchase
I just bought a t-shirt from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how awesome it is. The design is so cool and the material feels really sturdy. It fits me like a glove and every time I wear it, I get loads of compliments. Ordering was a breeze and my item got here surprisingly fast. I really appreciate the care put into both the product and the service.
Clothes, fast delivery, great quality
I ordered a bunch of clothes online and they arrived really fast! The clothes are amazing and were packaged really nicely. The prices were reasonable considering how great the quality is. I did have to make some exchanges, which wasn't ideal, but the customer service team was super helpful. It was definitely worth it for the clothes I had my eye on!

Cropped jeans
I recently bought a pair of cropped jeans from this company, but I had a major problem with the sizing. The measurements on the website were way off, so the jeans ended up being too small. And to top it off, the shipment came from Hong Kong, so I had to fork out extra cash to send the jeans back for an exchange. It was really annoying and caught me off guard.
Denim jeans purchase
I recently bought two pairs of denim jeans from this place and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the quality, eh? The sizing was way off and the denim they used was cheap and got all stretched out by the end of the day. I looked like I had an accident or something, ya know? I'm not too pleased with the whole experience, especially after shelling out a good amount of money for them, eh? It's frustrating that I can't even return them now that I've worn them, ya know? What a bummer.
Recent jacket purchase
I just bought a jacket from last season and was so happy to see that it was still available, even though it wasn't in the main section of the website. It was a big score for me! Ordering it was easy peasy, no issues at all. I really liked how simple it was to find what I wanted on the website.
Total waste
Like, why do I have to fork out money to ship stuff back to another country when it came from the same place? And don't even get me started on how long they take to even reply about it. It's seriously so aggravating!
Online purchase experience
Eh, I had a pretty bad time shopping online with this company, eh? The delivery was a total pain, costing me a bunch in delivery fees and unexpected customs charges, eh. When I tried to get help from customer service, they took forever to get back to me and just pointed me to the fine print on the website for delivery details, eh. It would've been nice if they had just been upfront about it when I was ordering, eh? All in all, I was left feeling pretty peeved about the whole shopping experience and definitely won't be buying from them again, eh.
In-stock item cancellation
I recently had a super frustrating experience with this online store, eh. So, I tried to buy something that was supposedly running low on stock, right? But then they ended up cancelling my order because it was suddenly "out of stock". And to top it all off, they kept messing up my shipping address over and over again, which caused a bunch of unnecessary delays, eh. It was a big waste of my time and left me feeling totally ripped off. The customer support was just awful, and I definitely wouldn't recommend going back to shop there, eh.
