I've been a loyal customer of yours for years and always loved your jeans - they're such great quality and style. But, last time I ordered a pair, I ran into a little hiccup with the stock, and I gotta admit, I was a bit worried at first. That is until Shaun stepped in and totally saved the day. I recently had a super frustrating experience with this online store, eh. So, I tried to buy something that was supposedly running low on stock, right? But then they ended up cancelling my order because it was suddenly "out of stock". And to top it all off, they kept messing up my shipping address over and over again, which caused a bunch of unnecessary delays, eh. It was a big waste of my time and left me feeling totally ripped off. The customer support was just awful, and I definitely wouldn't recommend going back to shop there, eh.
