Stocking stuffers order
I ordered a bunch of stuff to put in stockings for Christmas on December 10th. But I didn't get it until December 24th, and one of the items was missing. When I asked customer service about it, they just blamed COVID-19 delays and didn't really care. It's now January 12th and I still haven't gotten that missing item. When I contacted customer service again, all they gave me was a useless tracking number. I'm so tired of this back and forth, I just want my money back.
Ordered numbers in November
I ordered some stuff in November as gifts for my friends and family, but it's been two weeks and they still haven't been sent out. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through messages and calls, but they've been no help at all. I don't know if I'll even receive my order, and I can't even cancel it to get my money back!
Christmas gift order
I was so pumped to order Christmas presents for my family and buddies from the store, but man, was I let down! I placed my order back in November, but only got part of it. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were absolutely terrible! All they did was tell me to look at the tracking info, which I had already done. Eventually, most of my stuff came in mid-January, way too late for Christmas. I was so disappointed because a lot of the items were holiday-themed. What a letdown!
Delayed Christmas gift
I bought a Christmas present for my sister back in November, but I was really let down by the late delivery and bad customer service. Even though I ordered it ahead of time, the item didn't show up by the middle of December like it was supposed to. I tried contacting the company several times through the chat line to get the package sent to the right place, but they kept saying someone would get in touch with me about it. Unfortunately, nobody ever followed through on that promise, and the gifts ended up coming to my place instead of my sister's. The whole ordeal just left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Wasted money
This company is such a joke, eh. I placed an order a month ago and still haven't gotten anything. I've been emailing them constantly for days and only got one response about delivery, but surprise, surprise - still no package! I asked for a refund and yet again, no response! Like, seriously, how difficult is it to give good customer service and send out what people paid for?
Spongelle product fan
Even though I really like the stuff this company sells, I gotta say that I've been kinda let down by the customer service. Every time I ordered from them, my delivery was late and some items were missing. It's just too much of a pain to keep ordering from them with all these problems.
Unexpected item in order
I bought something the other day and was bummed to see that they sent me an extra item I never asked for. So, I called customer service and they told me I gotta pay to send it back. Not gonna lie, that whole situation really ticked me off. Just wasn't happy with how they handled things, eh.
Delayed shipping issue
I put in an order on November 24th, but I still haven't heard anything about it being shipped. I've tried contacting customer service through email, Facebook, and even by calling them, but I haven't gotten any answers. It's frustrating to see that lots of other customers are going through the same delays with their orders, as I can see from the comments on the company's Facebook page.
My new fav bath sponge
Oh my gosh, I'm totally in love with my new bath sponge! It leaves my skin feeling so fresh and soft, and the scent is amazing! I enjoy using it in the shower, it's like treating myself to a little spa experience every day!
I have 4 pending orders
I'm so annoyed with my recent orders because I've got 4 that are just stuck somewhere. The tracking says the labels are made, but the packages aren't actually with the company yet. I talked to customer service, Paulina in particular, for help but she couldn't give me a good answer and then ignored my other questions. It's really frustrating because I love their stuff, but the bad communication and service is really upsetting.
Missing items in order
I ordered some stuff from this company, but when my package arrived, it was missing two things. Even though the packing slip said they were in there, they weren't. I had a hard time getting in touch with customer service at first, but eventually managed to chat with someone on their website. Turns out, the missing items were out of stock because of inventory problems.
