Account Deactivation
My account got deactivated out of nowhere and I had to reach out to support to get it up and running again. They said my account was flagged for sending too many messages, which I didn't really do. Now I'm concerned it might happen again without any real cause. It would be nice if they had stronger security measures like two-step verification.

Recent purchase experience
So, I recently bought something from this online store and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. This store used to be top-notch with their fast deliveries, awesome designs, and great quality stuff. But with my most recent purchase, things went south real quick. I placed my order back in November 2020, with the FedEx International priority shipping option to get it fast. But here we are, a month and a half later, and no sign of my order. On top of that, all my emails to customer service have been met with radio silence, making me clueless about what's going on. This total lack of communication and broken promises has definitely made me think twice about shopping here again.

I had a fantastic time getting skip the line tickets for Kew Gardens on this site. It was so handy not having to wait in line and we got to enjoy our visit to the gardens even more. I totally suggest using this service to anyone thinking about going to Kew Gardens.

Sweater delivery
I ordered a sweater that was supposed to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, but it still hasn't shown up! Why even say it's guaranteed if it's gonna be late?! They really need to get this sorted out! Although, I will say they did a good job with customer service.

Oh man, those guys are so sketchy with their trust scores. Can't trust 'em, that's for sure. Be careful with your credit - total scammers!
