Sunglasses never arrived
I ordered a pair of sunglasses, eh, but they never showed up. UPS keeps saying they delivered them, but there's no proof of anyone signing or showing ID. The seller's been no help and just sending me useless emails instead of doing something about it. Feels like they took my money for quick UPS delivery, but I never got the sunglasses. This is not cool, eh.

Recent headband purchase
I've been a fan of these headbands for years, but my recent purchase left me feeling let down. The new headband I got doesn't have the automatic shut-off like my old one did. That feature was a game-changer, saving battery life and keeping me from having to charge it every day. Now, without it, the headband stays on all night and drains the battery for no reason. It's frustrating to see a useful feature taken away in the newer version of a product.
