    Lightweight accessible clothing

    As someone who uses a wheelchair and doesn't have full use of my hands, I've been having a tough time figuring out how to carry all my stuff. These clothes are great because they're super light and have pockets in all the right spots, making it easy for me to keep everything I need close by. It's really handy having so much space in the pockets for all my things. I'm grateful for this thoughtful design that helps me stay organized and do things on my own.

    Bourbon purchase

    So I bought four bottles of bourbon from this site on December 17th, but now it's January 2nd and I still have no clue where my order is at. I've tried asking for updates a bunch of times, but the customer service responses have been useless and slow. Instead of actually helping me out, they just told me to talk to their subcontractor for info. Then on December 29th, I got an email saying one of the bottles I ordered wasn't available, which was pretty annoying. Even though the order status said it was shipped on December 20th, the UPS tracking info only showed that the label had been made as of January 2nd. Overall, my whole experience with ordering from this site and dealing with customer service has been a huge letdown. After all this, I definitely wouldn't recommend using their services in the future.

    Recent online purchase during sale event

    I just made an online purchase during a sale and I gotta say, the customer service was a huge letdown. I placed my order, saw the charge on my credit card, and then...nothing. When I reached out to customer service, they said they wouldn't honor the sale price because the event was over for that item. They also brushed off the charge on my credit card, saying it would disappear in a week or two. This lack of responsibility and not caring about customer satisfaction is just not cool.

    Defective $175 boots

    I bought some boots for $175 and they had a bunch of problems like defects and splitting material. I contacted customer service, but they didn't really care and weren't helpful at all. They only offered me a small 20% discount for my next purchase. I was not happy at all. I won't be shopping with them again because I don't trust their products or their customer service.

    $200 snow pants purchase

    So I recently bought a pair of snow pants for $200 from here, but I gotta say, the delivery situation was not great. Supposedly, the package was left at the front door of my apartment complex at 10 p.m on a Sunday, when I specifically asked for it to be brought to the mailroom Dropbox. When I reached out to customer support, they looked into it but basically told me that the package had been delivered. They just kinda brushed me off and told me to talk to the carrier if I had any more questions. Now I'm stuck without my snow pants, feeling pretty annoyed at the company for not doing more about it.
