I really don't recommend dealing with this camping store. My husband and I got a camper from them in March, but come April, we found out it was full of mold. We brought it back to them on April 19th to get it fixed, but as of today, May 24th, they haven't even started on it. It's just unacceptable how they are not taking this seriously or being responsible.

I recently sent in my puffer jacket to get fixed by the company. I made sure to clean it well before shipping it out, using a fabric cleaner with a brush and a detergent that's free of scents and dyes. But even with all that effort, the company said the jacket was still dirty and wouldn't fix it unless I paid more. I felt pretty disappointed by their lack of communication and their refusal to talk it out with me. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and have spent a lot of money on their stuff, so I expected better service. I won't be buying any more gear from them in the future.

My tutor was super patient and really took the time to explain everything to me. Whenever I had trouble understanding something, we went over it in detail until I got it. They also showed me some helpful tips that made it easier for me to answer questions correctly. Overall, the tutoring was really helpful and made a big difference in how well I understand the material.

I tried to buy some points on their website with my credit card, but I ran into a pretty annoying issue. The purchase got rejected because of some supposed problem with my card, but they still charged me the full amount and I didn't get any points. To make matters worse, I couldn't find any way to get in touch with their support team on the website, so I have no idea how to fix this. This has happened to me twice now with two different credit card purchases, and it's starting to make me think there might be something fishy going on.

I've been using a different brand of compostable phone cases for a few years now because they were more budget-friendly. But, I recently discovered Wave Case, which offers a more affordable option. I was really impressed with the quality and feel of the case - it actually surpassed the more expensive brand I used to buy. I'm so pleased with my Wave Case purchase!
