The website is terrible, it took the money from my credit card before using my gift cards. I was like, hey, I want to save my gift cards for later, not right now! And when I tried to cancel the order because of their mistake, Customer Service said, sorry, we can't help you, wait for your order to arrive and then return it. What a waste of time! They didn't even offer me anything for the trouble. I am completely finished with this company, never buying from them again!

I picked up some neat stuff, but when I tried to return one item, they just said no without giving a heads-up. And to top it off, it wasn't even a final sale! That doesn't seem quite right to me!
