So I ordered a jacket online, eh, but their system went ahead and changed the shipping address without even asking me. When I tried to cancel the order, they said it was too late because the orders go through real quick, apparently. And to top it off, they couldn't even change the address back, so now I'm stuck with a jacket I can't even wear. Honestly, it was a pretty terrible experience, if you ask me.
