    Emergency trip cancellation

    I had to cancel my trip last minute because of a family emergency. I had to take care of a kid right away. I tried really hard to change the plans, but in the end, I lost all the money I spent on the trip. It was so upsetting and turned my dream trip into a total disaster.

    I bought some seat covers on January 27th, but it's been three months now and I still haven't gotten them. I've sent lots of emails and tried calling customer service, but I haven't got a straight answer about where my order is. I'm really frustrated with the poor communication and service from this company. It's not right to have to wait for three months with no solution or refund.

    Youthful sweater

    I found my favorite sweater from my youth at a store in London. The style is amazing and I was so excited to see they were celebrating their 40th anniversary. The quality of the sweater is really great and definitely worth the price.

    Ghost whisperer 2

    This jacket is way too expensive for how poorly it's made. I was really let down by how badly the Ghost whisperer 2 performed and held up. I'd suggest checking out Decathlon's jacket instead, it's much better quality. Don't waste your money or deal with the frustration, stay away from this product no matter what.

    Oh, man oh man, I gotta tell ya, my time at that jewelry store was amazing! The service was fast and super efficient, just the way I like it. The employee who assisted me, let's say her name was Zara, was so on top of things and really knew her stuff. She helped me pick out the most perfect sparkly earrings, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my buy. If I could, I'd give that place 10 stars, because they totally earned it.     I was having a bit of a hard time logging into my online banking while using this tool that helps me stay private on the internet. I ended up chatting with this dude named Peter who works for the company and he guided me through the steps to get back into my bank account online. Now I've got it all figured out so I can use this tool and do my banking hassle-free. I'm super grateful for Peter's help and I'll definitely recommend this tool to my buddies.

    I wanted to get tickets for this concert, but turns out it was all through a reseller site. And when I tried to cancel my order, they straight up told me no refunds! Can you believe that? I'm heated about it, like come on, just give me my money back.

    4 weeks free trail!

    The deal seems good. Sign up for 4 weeks and cancel the membership before the end of the trail if you wish to not continue. During Covid-19 I thought this would be a good way to spend some time. The webinars are good, however they bombard you with 3-5 emails in that webinar and hard sell at the end of the first module.. get the toolkit, get your certificate etc. I clicked on one email during the webinar and closed it. To my surprise I then got an email from Paypal saying they had taken £39.95 from my account. I then emailed Shaw Academy to find out what they had charged me for and to get a refund, they said it was impossible to give a refund on toolkits. I wasn't aware I had purchased a toolkit and had not downloaded a toolkit, but the email link is a one click purchase which I was unaware of. They offered me more toolkits as a compensation; $199 and then a further £599 with two free certificates! But would still have to pay for the next module which was £49.99 a month. They then make it hard for you to leave, making you call them and waste more time and money trying to cancel whilst offering you $199 toolkit to stay and free certificates. They also try to make you feel bad by leaving - do you want to give up on your dreams. Do you want to be unsuccessful. Ridiculous company. AVOID

    EXACTLY the same has just happened to me, I wanted to check the toolkit out, then PayPal told me they took the money out! Now I’ve downloaded the app too see what the toolkit is and I can’t find anything!? This is not the time to be taking money off people and being difficult!! ????

    Exactly the same thing happened to me - I didn't even think I'd clicked on the purchase option for the toolkit, the page hadn't finished downloading so I couldn't see anything. They then told me that they wouldn't refund as it had been activated - I haven't even looked at it!!

    Same or similar thing here too. Called to cancel before the end of the 4 week trial and I was told this had been done but my account was still live. Asked them to refund as per the above and they wouldn’t. Asked them to delete all my details in line with the GDPR and they wouldn’t. I initially blocked payments with my bank and have cancelled my card today. Hope that does the trick. Despicable especially in these times.
