Unwanted marketing emails
As someone who has never even made an account with this company, it's really annoying to keep getting spam emails from them. Even though I didn't sign up for anything, I keep getting bombarded with marketing emails. It's even more frustrating that I can't even unsubscribe from these emails because I don't have an account. It's pretty disappointing and makes me think poorly of the company's marketing tactics.

Rent reporting service
I signed up for the rent reporting service at $5 a month. They mentioned that it will appear on my credit report as a trade line called "BRWL SELF-RPT RENT" within 4 weeks, which seems quite fast for this kind of service. I do wish they could have a more official name for it to make it more credible. I'm still in my first month, so I can't say for sure if it's working yet. The checkout process is done through Stripe. Overall, the other services to check my credit score seem to be working fine, but I haven't tested any recommended products yet. I have been having issues with the system being down, so I have to email their team monthly with a screenshot or statement of my e-transfer to my landlord.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe how terrible this place is! I ordered 16 things and they told me it was ready to ship right away. But then they charged my card and everything got put on backorder. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't gotten my stuff. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare and they won't give me a refund. I'm so frustrated right now, eh?

The order came fast and in great condition. Putting together the privacy screen was a breeze, and it looks exactly like the picture. I haven't had a chance to set up the portable greenhouse yet, so I can't say much about that one.

So, I got this digital photo frame for my birthday, but turns out it can only hold a limited number of pictures. Not only that, the touch screen doesn't work right. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was bummed to find out they only do support through chat. That's pretty annoying, considering their packaging says you can call, email, or chat with them. After reading a bunch of bad reviews online, it seems like their customer service is pretty much non-existent and unhelpful.

Plus size clothing purchase
The clothes are really stylish and cool, especially the ones they made with a famous designer. But man, the prices are always steep at $99 for most things, and it's hard to say if they're worth it quality-wise. Shipping can also be a drag, even if you pony up for a membership to speed things up. Returning stuff isn't as simple as it could be, which is a total pain. I wish they had more options for sleeveless tops and light fabrics, and maybe started using more natural materials in their clothes. It would make shopping there a lot better!
