Durable and easy-to-assemble product
I recently bought this super solid and easy-to-put-together thing from this company and let me tell you, I was pretty darn impressed! The delivery was right on time, and they even split it up so each part showed up on different days, making it super handy. The packaging was top-notch, and the instructions were idiot-proof and a breeze to follow. I even checked out a YouTube video just to be sure, and it was bang on. The thing is made of such sturdy stuff and it's definitely worth every penny. Putting it together was a piece of cake, even "two drunk monkeys" could do it no prob. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how quickly my recent purchase was delivered. 2 Camping Chairs
The camping chairs I bought from this store were really good quality and not too pricey. But I had a little problem with one of them, so I reached out to customer service. They were super quick to help me out and fix the issue. This is the second time I've bought from this store and both times have been great.
Metal table with dent
Unfortunately, I noticed a dent on the edge of the metal table top frame that my husband had built. There was also a small chip/dent in the finish and a slight twist on one side of the frame, suggesting it was dropped at some point. Even though the table was already put together and we recycled the boxes, so we couldn't return it. I reached out to the company to see what could be done and they offered a $14 discount for repairs or to find a new piece. However, finding a place to fix or replace such a large frame seemed like a big task, not to mention the extra cost.
Camping stove
The camping stove I bought looks really cool, eh? It's made of thick, high-quality metal and has a heavy metal plate on top to keep the heat in for boiling water. But, I took off one star because there's no door gasket, so there's a lot of air leaking around the door and messing with the flame control. Even with that problem, I managed to fix it up by adding my own gasket and flue damper, making it work a whole lot better.
First-time Shelter Purchase
My experience ordering a shelter online from this company for the first time was great, no issues at all. The website was easy to use, and I found the product I wanted quickly. The ordering process was simple, and I got a confirmation email right after. I really liked how efficient and professional everything was. Even though I haven't set up the shelter yet, I'm confident it will be good based on how well the ordering went.
Outdoor patio furniture
I got some new patio furniture for outside and had it shipped to my cottage. They sent it without needing a signature when it arrived, which was good for me because I'm not always around. But the delivery person tried dropping it off twice when no one was there, so your customer service team got in touch with me to figure out a new plan. Finally, I found the package waiting for me when I made it to my cottage.
Pet cage
I gotta admit, the whole thing was alright I guess. After I ordered the pet cage, I didn't get any email confirming my purchase, but it did arrive at my place in about 4-5 days with a courier. When I began putting it together, I saw that some pieces looked like they got squished during shipping. That made it a bit harder to assemble than I thought it would be, 'cause some parts were bent out of shape.
Outdoor cushion covers
The shipping was great, I got my order pretty quick. But I was a bit bummed to see that the cushion covers were bigger than the description said. Still, I kept them cause I really liked how they looked. I just had to fold them under to make them fit better, which was kind of annoying but not too bad. The quality of the product was good though, so I'm happy with my purchase overall.

I got my order really fast, got the tracking info right away, and had a great experience with their service. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and telling my friends about it. I'm seriously impressed ;)
Outdoor lounge chair purchase
Oh man, what a pain! I bought these two outdoor reclining lounge chairs and it was such a struggle. The first chair was a disaster to put together - that last bolt just would not cooperate. I had to really fight with it to get it in place. And if that wasn't bad enough, the second chair didn't even have a hole pre-drilled for the wheels. Total waste of time and cash! And to make matters worse, the response I got when I complained was just silly and not helpful at all.
Screen tent purchase
I just bought a screen tent from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it overall. Ordering was a breeze, delivery was quick, and the tent itself seems to be good quality for the price. The only hiccup was the installation instructions, which were a bit confusing. Despite that, I'd still suggest this product to others.
My new Lights
Just picked up some new lights from this shop, and honestly, they are way brighter than I expected! The pictures on the website were really good and made it easy for me to see all the details. Only thing is, I might switch out the nuts on the anchors to make them look nicer.
Awesome summer chair
This chair is awesome, eh! My mom bought it for my dad for the backyard and he's lovin' it. It looks super sturdy and well-made. Putting it together was a bit tricky, but not too bad. Just gotta have lots of patience, eh! And don't forget to thank whoever got it for ya, 'cause they got it for a great deal and it arrived real quick.
Privacy Screen and Portable Greenhouse
The order came fast and in great condition. Putting together the privacy screen was a breeze, and it looks exactly like the picture. I haven't had a chance to set up the portable greenhouse yet, so I can't say much about that one.
Gazebo Purchase
The company is great, but honestly, I was pretty let down by the product I got. The gazebo I bought wasn't up to par - the screen was shorter than they said, the top covering seams started coming apart, and there was even a spot at the very top with no screen at all. I contacted customer service about it, and they were really understanding and tried their best to help out.
Outdoor Patio Furniture Set
The outdoor patio furniture set I bought from the store was just what I needed for my small outdoor space. It was a breeze to put together and added a nice pop of color to brighten up the area. I'm really pleased with my buy.
