I gotta admit, the whole thing was alright I guess. After I ordered the pet cage, I didn't get any email confirming my purchase, but it did arrive at my place in about 4-5 days with a courier. When I began putting it together, I saw that some pieces looked like they got squished during shipping. That made it a bit harder to assemble than I thought it would be, 'cause some parts were bent out of shape.

I got my order really fast, got the tracking info right away, and had a great experience with their service. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and telling my friends about it. I'm seriously impressed ;)

I got some new patio furniture for outside and had it shipped to my cottage. They sent it without needing a signature when it arrived, which was good for me because I'm not always around. But the delivery person tried dropping it off twice when no one was there, so your customer service team got in touch with me to figure out a new plan. Finally, I found the package waiting for me when I made it to my cottage.

I ordered an adjustable standing desk from this company and I was really let down by how the delivery went. They gave me a delivery date but then it got cancelled with no reason given, and I didn't hear anything from them until I reached out by email. They gave me some vague excuses about "processing issues" and then I found out my order had actually been cancelled and nothing was happening. After more emails back and forth, they said my order had been lost and asked if I wanted a replacement. I finally got the desk a few days later, but the whole thing was so frustrating and disappointing.

Our experience with AOSOM was pretty good. One of the three boxes went missing, but their customer service quickly fixed the problem, which turned out to be the delivery company's fault. The storage shed does the job, but the assembly instructions are a bit confusing and take a lot of time. You have to be patient because some parts might need to be redone if they don't line up properly.

Item arrived late and damaged. Lounger would not even unfold. Rust spots and scratches. Was told if I got it fixed locally(at MY EXPENSE) they would give a $13 dollar discount. Utter disgrace.
