I recently preordered something on this website and was totally impressed with their customer service. I picked up a game that couldn't be refunded, but when I ran into some problems with microtransactions, I figured I'd try asking for a refund anyways. To my delight, they really stepped up and let me return the game. I was super happy with how they dealt with everything.

I gotta say, I was really impressed by the customer support at this store. Nikita was super helpful when I was buying my SSL certificate. She answered all my questions without making things complicated. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so I was really happy with the service I got.

The headset is pretty light and comfy to wear, thanks to the strong neckband that gives a nice fit. The mic and noise-cancelling features do a solid job, making it easy to chat clearly on calls. But if you don't wear it right, it can get a bit uncomfortable, especially on your ears. Samsung folks will find it good for calls, but might struggle with recording voice messages on Whatsapp and Telegram. Seems like a glitch with the apps, not the headset itself. Apple users won't have any problems recording voice messages though.
