Shipping these days is brutal, it used to be so fast but now it's ridiculously slow. And don't even get me started on customer service, they couldn't care less.

I had a really great experience with the customer service team at Jabra. The representative was able to figure out my issue with my phone right away and gave me a simple fix that worked. I liked how quickly and clearly they communicated, it saved me a ton of time and stress. I wish I had reached out to Jabra sooner instead of spending hours on the phone with support staff who couldn't help me.

The customer service at this place is amazing! I needed a new pump for my soap dispenser, which was really old, and they sent it to me without any issues. Now my dispenser works perfectly!

I spent $100 on stuff just to get a free lucky dip bag. When my order came, it was so light. I opened it up, and all there was inside was tissue paper and a thank you card. I couldn't believe it! When I contacted them, they weren't very nice at first. They sent another order but didn't include the free bag. I reached out again, and they said they were out of stock. They sent me two Camellia cleansing oils and a travel-size rice polish to make it right. It turned out okay in the end, but I don't think I'll buy from them again.
