Ordered £100 worth of stuff for the lucky dip
I spent $100 on stuff just to get a free lucky dip bag. When my order came, it was so light. I opened it up, and all there was inside was tissue paper and a thank you card. I couldn't believe it! When I contacted them, they weren't very nice at first. They sent another order but didn't include the free bag. I reached out again, and they said they were out of stock. They sent me two Camellia cleansing oils and a travel-size rice polish to make it right. It turned out okay in the end, but I don't think I'll buy from them again.

Fiery Pink Pepper fragrance purchase
I bought that Fiery Pink Pepper scent from your store because I really liked the little sample I got. But when I got home and tried the full-size version, it was totally different from what I expected. I was so let down and frustrated because I was really excited about using it. I tried reaching out to the company to talk about what happened, but my emails didn't go through and I didn't get any response at all. I felt like Molton Brown didn't handle the situation well at all, which made me feel like they didn't care about my concerns. It was just a bad experience all around.

SoClean machine
I'm so happy with my SoClean machine! It was really easy to get started with and use. I like that it's simple to order new parts when I need them. My doctor told me to use a sleep apnea machine, and I really think SoClean is the best for keeping everything clean and safe. Once it's set up, I don't have to do much other than keep it plugged in and updated.
