    9 curtain rods

    I ordered 9 curtain rods from your store, but I only got 3 in my first shipment. When I called customer service, they said all 9 were delivered, but that wasn't true. After a bit of back and forth, Fedex finally dropped off the rest of my order. Despite the delivery mishap, I was pleased with the quality of the product and the price. In general, I thought the product was great, but the delivery was a bit of a headache.

    Ordered curtain rod, got plastic garbage can

    I ordered a curtain rod from this company, but they sent me a cheap plastic garbage can instead. I've been trying to get in touch with them for help, but they haven't replied yet.     Easy process, delivery uncertainty

    My experience was pretty straightforward, but kinda frustrating because they didn't give me info about when my purchase would arrive. I bought something online recently, and the website was easy to use, but it was weird not knowing when my item would show up. Christmas is coming soon, so it would've been nice to have even just a guess at when it might arrive so I could plan ahead. I decided to play it safe and bought a backup gift from another store just in case my Umbra order is late. Even though it's a bummer, I'm still excited to give the gift and I hope it gets here soon.

    Three O chairs ordered

    I ordered three O chairs, but only got one. I haven't heard anything about the other chairs. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful. They told me to leave a message and said they would call me back by the end of the day, but they never did. I called again and finally spoke to someone who said they would check with the warehouse and get back to me before the end of the day. But, of course, they never called back. The lack of communication and follow-through from customer service has really disappointed me. This whole situation has made me think twice about ordering from this company again.
