I ordered 9 curtain rods from your store, but I only got 3 in my first shipment. When I called customer service, they said all 9 were delivered, but that wasn't true. In general, I thought the product was great, but the delivery was a bit of a headache.

I called again and finally spoke to someone who said they would check with the warehouse and get back to me before the end of the day. But, of course, they never called back. The lack of communication and follow-through from customer service has really disappointed me. This whole situation has made me think twice about ordering from this company again.
