9 curtain rods
I ordered 9 curtain rods from your store, but I only got 3 in my first shipment. When I called customer service, they said all 9 were delivered, but that wasn't true. After a bit of back and forth, Fedex finally dropped off the rest of my order. Despite the delivery mishap, I was pleased with the quality of the product and the price. In general, I thought the product was great, but the delivery was a bit of a headache.
Easy process, delivery uncertainty
My experience was pretty straightforward, but kinda frustrating because they didn't give me info about when my purchase would arrive. I bought something online recently, and the website was easy to use, but it was weird not knowing when my item would show up. Christmas is coming soon, so it would've been nice to have even just a guess at when it might arrive so I could plan ahead. I decided to play it safe and bought a backup gift from another store just in case my Umbra order is late. Even though it's a bummer, I'm still excited to give the gift and I hope it gets here soon.
Functional and Sleek Design
I really like the practical functionality and sleek design of my recent purchase. It looks good and does its job well. I do wish there was more info on the different color options since it was hard to tell from the online photos. More reviews talking about the colors would have been helpful. It was a letdown to find out the item wasn't in stock at stores like The Container Store. It would be nice to have more places to check out and buy these products in person. A price match guarantee would have been great too, to make sure I'm getting the best deal out there.

Purchased a new item and ran into some trouble tryna order 'cause there was no stock. Gave customer service a call and they sorted me out real quick. They set up a preorder for me and even let me use a coupon that was about to expire.
