I was so impressed by all the cool stuff I found on Mouth. The spicy jerky was just enough kick, and they had a bunch of different craft beers that caught my eye. I really liked how they focus on supporting small businesses and sharing the stories behind the products. It was a really awesome experience overall.

I picked up this really awesome neon sign and it was amazing! Yellowpop was super helpful with the design and shipping, it was great! And guess what? The sign arrived really quickly and everyone loves it! It's really good quality and a big hit! I'll definitely be getting more stuff from them in the future!

I ordered a personalized gift from this company not too long ago. But oh, what a disappointment it was to find out that my order got lost in transit. I had to show up at the event without a gift, which was pretty embarrassing if you ask me. The customer service team did try their best to help by arranging an express delivery for my friend, but the whole situation just left a bad taste in my mouth. It definitely affected my opinion of the company as a whole.

I gotta tell ya, my experience with this service was really disappointing. I ordered a bouquet of 12 roses for my mom, but she only got 6 roses. And to top it off, the roses were supposed to be pink, but they showed up all wilted and black. The customer service team's way of fixing it was giving me a 40% discount on my next order, but that's kind of funny because I ain't ever gonna order from them again. It was a real letdown.

They told me they would replace my broken automatic soap dispenser on a certain date, but then I heard nothing from them. When I emailed them, I was shocked to learn they wanted to give me a manual pump dispenser instead. That's not what they promised at first. And when I tried calling customer service, I couldn't even speak to anyone. It's really surprising how they're treating their loyal customers like this.

She really went above and beyond in helping me pick out some matching clothes for my grandsons, and then she assisted me in finding a great outfit for my granddaughter. Jessica showed off her smarts by asking all the right questions to understand what I was looking for, and she took on the role of my personal shopper to make sure I got just what I needed. She even stuck it out while my daughters hopped on FaceTime to give their opinions on the selections, really showing her commitment to making sure I was happy. I was seriously impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude.
