    Wasted money on duplicate payment

    I just bought something online and it was a total disaster. I paid with PayPal, but the company said they never got the money, even though PayPal and my bank said they did. It was a huge hassle to sort it out - lots of messages back and forth, and I even had to complain to PayPal to get my cash back. It was so annoying and took up so much of my time and energy. I've never had this problem with online shopping before, and now I'm a bit nervous about buying from new companies in the future.

    Back in the day, I used to come to this place for all my scuba gear needs when I was still diving. The service was always top-notch, with staff who really knew their stuff and helped me find the right gear. The prices were good too, often lower than other stores, so it was my go-to spot for quality gear. They had a huge selection of products, so I always found what I needed. I've since stopped diving, so I can't say how the store is now, but I bet shipping costs have gone up, especially for us international folks in Australia. With online sites like Ebay and Amazon getting bigger, I can see how the store might have more competition these days.

    I was looking for some new diving gear and came across this website. They had a good variety, but I wasn't too happy with their return policy. Even though they said it was the best, customers still have to cover the cost of return shipping. It wasn't ideal for me, since I like the ease of return choices like Amazon, where I can just bring stuff back to the store nearby at no cost.

    I just bought some dive gear from this company and let me tell ya, their customer service was a total nightmare. So I got this $1,200 dive rig, right? And when I wanted it sent to a different address than the one on my credit card, they were like, "No way, Jose." So I called up customer service and let me tell you, they were rude as heck and didn't want to help at all. They just kept saying it was their policy and wouldn't give an inch. So, I took my business somewhere else, still using the same credit card, and had zero issues. My advice? Don't even think about buying from these guys, go find another place for sure.

    Shipping restriction to international customers

    As a customer up here in Australia, I was pretty let down to hear that the company's gonna stop shipping to my neck of the woods come January 2021. The bummer part is they didn't even bother giving a reason for pulling the plug, so now I'm left scratching my head and feeling frustrated. I get that I could use a forwarding service, but the extra costs basically made shipping my order from the company way too expensive. It would've been nice if they had given us a heads up about the change in their shipping policy beforehand. That way, I could've made other arrangements or stocked up on stuff before they slammed the door shut.

    Purchased 6mm boots for a friend

    I bought my buddy some 6mm boots from that company the other day. Sadly, they were too big when he tried them on. I got in touch with customer service to see if we could swap them, and they told me to send them back. So I shelled out for the return shipping, only to get an email saying the boots were now "used" because I took them out of their packaging and removed the tags. They said I had to pay for shipping if I wanted them back. This whole thing really got me cheesed off and let down by their return policy and customer service.

    I've been a customer of this company for years, spending loads on diving gear. Every time I order from Leisure Pro, they always come through with exactly what I want, quickly and accurately. Their focus on the little things and making sure customers are happy is really impressive. And their prices are hard to beat - I always check around and Leisure Pro often has the best deals. That combo of great service and good prices keeps me coming back for more.

    I recently bought some new dive gear and man, did I ever have some problems with my order from the shipping department. The prices were good, but let me tell you, the shipping side of things needs major work. They shipped me the wrong dive knife at first, then the wrong size, and to top it off, they back-ordered an item without telling me! This caused a delay in getting the rest of my order shipped. I had to make a bunch of calls just to get everything sorted out before my dive trip to Bonaire.
