I bought a custom rug not too long ago and I was kinda let down because the color of the border in the sample didn't match the actual yarn used. Even though it took longer than expected to arrive, the rug is well made and I can tell a lot of care went into making it. But man, that pink border really clashed and I was disappointed.

I bought something from this company hoping it would be great. But then I found out it wasn't easy being an international customer. The filters for the product cost a lot, and when you add the shipping, it's hard to replace them often like they say you should. When I talked to customer service about it, they just gave me a generic answer saying they only ship to the US and Canada. Not being flexible for international customers is a big problem for the company, even though their product is pretty good.

I suggest looking for another hotel that actually cares about being honest and treating their customers right.
