Review about: NH Hotels
Unpleasant stay due to false advertising
I recently stayed at a hotel that claimed to be a luxurious 5-star spot, but let me tell you, it was very far from that. The room didn't have air conditioning even though they said it did, which was a major letdown. And on top of that, the general manager was so unprofessional and kind of mean, which just made my stay even worse. I suggest looking for another hotel that actually cares about being honest and treating their customers right.

Dive gear purchase
So, I just bought some dive gear from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. The customer service was top-notch, the prices were unbeatable, and the whole experience was just awesome. They're now my number one when it comes to diving gear. I've already told all my friends about them and they're just as thrilled with the service.

Misleading pre-order
I really wish I had known that my items were on pre-order before I placed my order. The company didn't make it clear that the product wasn't ready to ship and wouldn't be until October. When I reached out to them, they said everything would be shipped on time, but that wasn't the case. Finding out about the delays after waiting for so long was really frustrating. The customer service didn't help at all and didn't even apologize, which left me feeling let down and like I'd been misled.

Monitoring solution
The monitoring solution I bought is super comprehensive and user-friendly, eh. It was really easy to figure out and set up, which made it a breeze to start monitoring my infrastructure right off the bat. As I got more comfortable with the basic monitoring stuff, I found some more advanced features that let me see my network as a whole and pinpoint any areas that needed my focus. It was awesome being able to keep an eye on a bunch of different parts of my business, like API's, networking gear, ISPs, and all that good stuff.
