    Black hoodie

    The clothes from that store looked so cool online, but when I got my black hoodie, it felt like it was made of paper. I was really disappointed and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. Plus, the return policy is really confusing. Like, why would I only get store credit if I bought something on sale? Ugh, frustrating.

    I was so excited to receive my new clothes that I ordered online, but when I tried them on, they were not what I expected at all. I decided to return them, right? But then, surprise surprise, they charged me AGAIN instead of giving me a refund when I checked my bank account! I was like, what the heck? So I called the store and the lady said, "Um, you have to come in person to fix this." Seriously? And then she had the nerve to say, "Make sure you're calling during our opening hours at 10am." Like, really? No apology for YOUR mistake. Ugh.

    The return policy at this place is just awful. I bought something on sale and it ended up being really bad quality for what I paid. And when I wanted to bring it back, they said it was a final sale and couldn't be returned. The quality of their stuff doesn't match the price they're asking, so just be careful before you buy anything.

    Oh man, that website was a total disaster to try and find my way around. They had things listed as "in stock" but you couldn't actually get them shipped or even pick them up in the store. And don't even get me started on the customer service - I got completely the wrong stuff in my order, and when I wanted to swap it for the right thing, they were already sold out. When I tried to sort out a return in an online chat, the person I dealt with had just the worst attitude.

    Customer service was awful. I wanted to return something, but they wouldn't let me, even though my receipt didn't say it was final. I asked about it, and all they did was show me their receipt and say it was my fault. It was so annoying and didn't make any sense.

    Overpriced aesthetic clothing

    I gotta say, the stuff looks great but man, the prices are just way too high. Unless you luck out and find a good deal, it's not really worth it. Sometimes the quality is good, sometimes not, but luckily I haven't had any issues yet. Just be sure to read the return policy closely because anything over 30% off is final sale – no takebacks or exchanges. Oh, and don't trust the website to tell you what's actually available in the store.

    My time at this place was a letdown, to be honest. The service was not great, with the workers being unhelpful and not very accommodating. The clothes weren't up to par either, and I wish I had looked into it more before buying. It was annoying to find out that they didn't do returns or refunds, even for full-price items. The way their rules changed was frustrating, and now I'm not sure if I want to shop here again.

    Incorrect item received

    I ordered something from this store not too long ago, and it turns out they sent me the wrong thing. I talked to Customer Service about the mix-up and they took forever to get back to me. They told me to send back the wrong item so I can get a refund. It was a hassle and really ate up my time, especially with a newborn baby on my hands. After all that, I don't think I'll be shopping at this store again. Just really let down by the whole thing.

    Floral print dress

    Eh, so I bought this super cute dress with flowers all over it! The store was pretty cool, lots of nice clothes. But OMG, the customer service was brutal. I tried to call and chat with them about my order, but no one picked up for like forever. And when I finally got through, their website was all wonky. Took me ages to place my order. The dress I wanted was on sale for a really good price though so I guess it all worked out in the end.

    The return policy is so confusing, and they really need to make it easier for customers. I ordered something online, had to bring it back to the store, and ended up exchanging it for something full price that I didn't even want. The sizes are all wrong, and the quality is definitely not worth what I paid for it.

    As a customer who bought some clothes from the store, I was really let down by their customer service and return policy. The website said the items came from a certain store because they didn't have many online. But when I wanted to return them, they said I had to take them back to the store, which was more than 10 hours away from me. It was confusing and made me frustrated.     Throw blankets and sweaters

    We were so disappointed with the products we got from our order. The throw blankets were falling apart as soon as we opened them, made from what looked like really cheap material. It felt like they would fall apart with just a touch. The sweaters we bought were also made from cheap synthetic material that wasn't comfortable to wear. Not only was the product quality bad, but the customer service was just as disappointing. We couldn't return or exchange anything because all sales were final. On top of that, the package arrived way later than they said it would. Overall, our experience with this company was really unsatisfactory and we won't be buying from them again.

    I recently bought a black trench coat at this store, but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. Even though the coat was nice and high-quality, the customer service was a letdown. The sales assistants just ignored me and focused on their phones instead of helping me.     So, I recently ordered something online from this store and let me tell you, the whole thing was a letdown. I got an email saying my order wasn't ready yet and I'd get another email when it was good to pick up. But then on the day I was supposed to go grab it, I got a message saying my stuff got canceled because I never went to pick it up. What really ticked me off was that I never got a heads-up that my order was actually ready for pickup beforehand. I tried to reach out to the customer service team through email a few times to tell them how I felt, but unfortunately, I never got a single response back. The fact that they dropped the ball on communication and follow-up really let me down.

    I just bought something online and thought the quality and prices were good, but I'm getting annoyed that there's not a lot of stuff available for pick up in-store. It's a bummer I can't go to a retail store in Quebec. The customer service is alright, but not super nice. And it sucks that I can't return stuff for free and the styles online are kinda limited. Oh, and the sizes here aren't very inclusive - a large here is more like a medium elsewhere.
