I don't really like dealing with online customer service, but I do like checking out stuff to buy on their website. I think they could make the website better by adding more support and making it easier to use. I think you should go to an actual store instead, though, 'cause all the stuff I've bought in person has been awesome. But their return policy could definitely be better.
