    My New tickets in Toronto

    So, I bought some tickets to check out some really cool spots in Toronto. But then the weather ended up being horrible and I couldn't make it! Luckily, I reached out to City Pass and they were so awesome - they helped me switch my tickets to a different day. They were really helpful and thanks to them, I got to visit all the places I was looking forward to seeing. Yay!

    Sign up issue

    My experience with signing up for Zipcar was pretty disappointing, eh. Turns out there were no cars available in my city, even though they were still showing up on Google Maps. When I tried to cancel my membership just 5 minutes after signing up, they wouldn't give me a refund. The person I talked to in customer service said they'd call me back, but that never happened, eh. Shows a lack of follow-through and communication on their part, for sure. All in all, my whole thing with Zipcar wasn't great - service and transparency were definitely lacking, eh.

    Faulty Product Replacement

    I just bought this product and it was messed up, had to call customer service. But talking to Frankie was great, he totally helped me out and got me a replacement for just the shipping fee. Now I'm waiting for it to arrive, it's super important for my project. Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how they took care of me. It was my first time with this brand, but I'm happy with how they handled things. If I ever need to, I'd be happy to try out and review their stuff for folks in New Zealand and Australia.

    Purchase of software subscription

    I bought a software subscription not too long ago and I've been having a bit of trouble getting a VAT invoice for it. It took a few tries and some waiting, but I finally got a document. The problem is, there were mistakes in the math and the total value was less than what I paid. And now, when I've tried to follow up on this through emails, I haven't received any responses. The autoresponder says the case is closed and tells me to join a long chat queue for help. On top of all that, I found out that I need to pay a monthly subscription to use all the features of the software. All of this has made me really regret getting this product.

    Recent clothing purchase

    I just bought some clothes from your store and I'm pretty happy with the quality. I really liked the clearance prices, and I thought there was a good selection. But, there was a little hiccup with my order that stopped me from giving a perfect rating. I had over $15 in store credits from returning stuff, but I noticed that something was missing from my order and one of my returns wasn't processed right. So now my account is showing an order that I didn't get any follow-up on.

    Ski set purchase

    Eh, so I tried to buy a ski set online from this store, right? And guess what? They canceled my order TWO times! They said it was in stock when I bought it, but then they were like, "Oops, sorry, actually it's out of stock now." And when I checked their website, it still said they had it in stock! What a bunch of phonies. I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else, but nope, they had to go and mess everything up. Not cool, eh.
