    Joined a car-sharing service long time ago

    I signed up for that car-sharing service ages ago when it was just starting out. You could pick up a car at one spot and drop it off at another, with designated spots all across the city. But now, well, you can't do it like that anymore. When I heard the news, it was a real bummer. I wanted to cancel, but they wouldn't give me my money back, even though I asked right away and hadn't even used it yet. The prices are through the roof now, and it's not even as user-friendly as it used to be. I just don't understand it.

    I bought something from this place not too long ago but never got an email to confirm it. I waited for a while but still didn't get anything, so now I gotta call customer service to figure out what's up. It's been annoying not hearing from them and it's making me wonder if they're even reliable.

    I just made a bunch of purchases on DHGate and overall, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Two of my orders came in just fine, but the third one had the wrong stuff in it. I was bummed out by that, so I tried talking to the seller and DHGate to work things out, but neither of them wanted to fix the problem.

    I can't believe how awful my experience has been with this company! I ordered face masks over two weeks ago and still haven't received them. The website said it would take only 10 days for processing, but it's way past that now. I did get a tracking number, but it's no good because FedEx hasn't even received the package from them yet. I checked out their social media pages and it's a disaster - they're either blocking negative comments or deleting them completely. The Better Business Bureau is full of complaints from people who haven't gotten their orders, waited for weeks, and received no response from customer service. It feels like they're just taking our money and not following through on their promises. I'm starting to think this might be a scam - they charge your card right away without even sending the products. It's absolutely outrageous.
