About Vitruvi

Vitruvi is a group of experts who have keen knowledge in the area of natural scenting. By the usage of their rich knowledge in traditional and natural blending processes, they create essential oils that are best suitable for everyday life. Vitruvi was founded by two siblings Sean Panton and Sara Panton who grow up in a small seaside community near Vancouver Island, this is the place where they were introduced to natural living at a very young age. The first collection was created from their apartment, they used to hand fill and hand parcel products. Now they have a team and headquarter in Vancouver B.C.

Delivery services

Vitruvi works as efficiently as possible to deliver the products as soon as possible. However, there can be delays during the holidays and may take one to three business days to pack and ship. However, the standard shipping time is 3-8 business days on the other hand expedited shipping time is 2-3 business days. Currently, they are shipping to Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Return Services

Vitruvi diffusers are applicable for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All essential oil products and accessories are eligible for a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase.
Sale and discounted items are eligible for an exchange or a return for store credit within 15 days of purchase.
