I'm really disappointed with the experience I had at PowerSanté. Honestly, I can't even give a review of their products because I never got them. I filed a complaint, but I still haven't heard anything back. It's so frustrating to think that I spent almost 70 euros on stuff that never showed up. The fact that they haven't communicated with me or provided any customer service is just not okay. I won't be buying from them again.

Hey there, Canadian shoppers! Just a heads up - if you need to return something, you might end up having to pay for shipping to the US out of your own pocket. And to make matters worse, if the product is low quality, it feels like adding salt to the wound. It's annoying that the item was shipped from somewhere in Canada originally, but now we have to send our returns across the border to the US. It's just not logical and definitely a pain.

The meat and seafood from Papa Earth are top-notch. You can tell they really care about where their products come from, using local farms and fisheries. They have a great variety to choose from, and I appreciate being able to personalize my subscription box. The delivery was hassle-free, with everything arriving fresh and nicely packaged. The prices are fair considering the high quality. I'm thoroughly impressed with Papa Earth and will definitely be a repeat customer.

When I contacted their customer service, I found out they outsourced it and had a tough time understanding the agent. It was frustrating to explain my issue, and even when I did, the agent didn't seem to know what to do. On top of that, my gift card keeps coming up as invalid when I try to use it, making things even more annoying. I used to enjoy shopping with them, but after this experience, I'll be shopping somewhere else.
