I bought 2 bracelets on December 16th with priority shipping and paid $11 for it. I got an email saying the shipment was ready but still haven't received the bracelets. I tried calling but no one picked up. I think using Amazon Prime would be a better option.

When I got in touch with customer service, they got back to me pretty quick, but they tried to blame the problems on how I was using it, instead of admitting to any issues with the materials, eh. Spending big bucks on what was supposed to be a top-notch product, only to run into this kind of trouble, is just not cool, eh.

I bought a jacket at this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was so bummed out by the quality. The stitching was falling apart after just a couple wears, and the fabric was all pilled up after the first wash. I was really hoping for better, especially with how much I paid for it. I won't be buying anything from this brand again, that's for sure.
