I ordered from this company for the first time, and for sure it will be the last. Their online system kept declining my card, even though I had enough funds. When I contacted customer service, the lady I spoke with was unprofessional and not helpful. She didn't even think about the problem being on their end - she just told me to call my bank. After talking to my bank, they said the issue was with the company's system. This kind of customer service is not okay and I won't be shopping here again.

And don't even get me started on the sizing – I've bought everything from M to LP in pants and I still have no idea what will actually fit. Tops are just as bad, with MP, S, and M all being different sizes. And trying to talk to customer service? Good luck with that – I never seem to get through when I call, it's always a callback situation.

I recently bought something from their online store and didn't have a great experience. After I placed my order on a certain day, the money was taken out of my bank account right away. But, even though the payment went through, I still haven't heard anything about when my order will arrive. They didn't send me any emails or texts about when it might get here or if they're out of stock. I'm upset that the company isn't being clear and keeping in touch. And I wish they had a customer service number to call for help. As a customer, I feel like I don't know what's going on with my order and whether I'll get a refund.

I just got myself a wetsuit and some swimwear from this brand, and I gotta tell ya, I was super impressed with how well they held up. The wetsuit fit me perfectly and kept me nice and toasty during my surf sesh. The swimwear was not only cute, but it also stayed in place and looked good in the water. I felt really good and stylish in both pieces.

I've used the virtual doctor's appointment service twice now and I gotta say, it was really great. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same doctor both times, which was super convenient. The doctor was really nice and friendly, and they took care of my issue quickly. I liked that I could choose my own pharmacy afterwards, making everything even easier. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy without any problems both times. Even though I have a family doctor, I'll keep using this service for minor walk-in type issues when I need to.
