Amazing software, exceptional support
Man, that IK software is just awesome, especially their new instrument "Pianoverse." Had a little trouble with installation, but Jason from their support team was right on it and got me sorted in a jiffy. Their products are crucial for my music-making, and I know I can count on their support team whenever I need a hand.

Two sweatshirts
I recently bought two sweatshirts before the holidays for a hundred bucks, eh. But, turns out I only got one sweatshirt when the tracking said both were delivered. And on top of that, I didn't even get the free socks that were supposed to come with it, eh. It's frustrating to get only part of my order and not everything I was expecting, eh.

The U-Loader has really changed things up for me when I'm out shooting. It's a real game-changer for folks who spend a lot of time at the range loading magazines. No more sore thumbs or time wasted. The quality is top-notch and the design is super clever. I can't see myself going back to manual loading after using this.

AR-15 rifle purchase
I've been into guns for a while now and recently bought an AR-15 rifle from this company. Gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality. Sofa purchase
I bought a sofa two months ago and still haven't gotten it. The company's communication has been lousy, which really bugs me. Every time I try to get in touch, it takes ages for them to reply, and even then, they don't give much useful info. They told me my sofa was "stuck" with their shipper and promised to send another one, but I haven't heard anything about shipping or updates since. Not being able to talk to a real person right away has made fixing this problem even harder. On top of all that, I already paid through their partner, Bread Financial, for something I don't have yet. It's been super frustrating, so I've started disputing the charge.

Unauthorized credit card charge
I just had a sketchy credit card charge from these people, and honestly, it really got to me. How could they just swipe my card without asking me first? That's a major breach of trust and totally not cool. I believe in keeping things upfront and real, and this shady move has definitely changed my opinion on this company.

Necklace purchase
I just bought this really pretty necklace and I'm so excited about it! The lady who helped me at the store was seriously the nicest person ever. She helped me choose the perfect necklace and even adjusted it for me so it wouldn't fall off my small neck. Can you believe that? It felt like I was getting special treatment or something. I felt like royalty wearing my new necklace. I can't wait to show it off at school tomorrow!

Trilobite Skintec underwear pants and shirt
Eh, so I tried out the Trilobite Skintec underwear pants and shirt, and I gotta say they're top-notch quality and super comfy. The pants fit great, not too long or short, and not too tight or loose - perfect for my 5'5'' and 150lbs body. The pocket placement is spot-on too. I'm pretty happy with the pants. On the other hand, the shirt is way too snug. With the pads in, it's tight enough to cut off circulation and wearing it with a jacket is just painful. I'd suggest going a size up unless you're real skinny.

GPEN Gio products
I recently bought a bunch of GPEN Gio products for over $200 and I gotta say, the service I got was a real letdown. I gave Grenco Science my order number (#587398) but they haven't gotten back to me at all and won't send my order. It's really annoying to feel like I'm being ignored and not getting any answers. I thought this company would do better.
