Returns & RefundsI'm relieved overall — refund fixed a messy delivery; needed the part for my daily commute.

DeliveryI was half expecting a mess — sketchy reviews had me nervous — but I really needed that Nolan X804 RS Ultra Carbon in Liquid Red, nothing in Europe had it. Took the risk, ordered, it shipped next day and showed up two days later. That moment when the box arrived I kind of sighed and said, okay, this was worth it. Pretty happy with Motoin.

ServiceI almost didn't buy it — my buddy showed me their ad and I was sceptical about shipping and whether stuff would survive transit. There was a little hiccup and I had to call, but Vincent was super helpful and calmed me down. Stuff arrived quick and intact, so I'm happy.

Returns & RefundsI sent a return to their return address twice and they never processed pickup or refund. Dry, factual: good product, but their return handling is unacceptable.
In-stock? Not really.

Returns & Refundsdon’t trust the “in stock” tag. I actually spotted the carbon lid on a bike forum — a mate had tipped me off — and jumped when Motoin showed it available. Midway through the wait I kept checking, used their chatbot, got upbeat replies, so I wasn’t worried. Nine days after ordering I get an email: delayed until February next year. I phoned, the rep was nice, apologetic, and refunded immediately, which I appreciated. Still, PayPal’s exchange left me out about $64 AUD, so yeah, frustrating. Started sceptical, ended somewhat satisfied with the refund, but the whole thing was messy.

Producttest thoroughly before you fix it down. Not a great experience, I can’t really recommend buying from them.
Slow to ship, big selection

DeliveryNot great timing — I wouldn't recommend them unless it's something you can't find anywhere else. I needed this helmet fast because I commute by bike every day and my old one had a nasty crack, so I was a bit stressed. The product page said 3–5 business days to be ready to ship, but it's been over a week now and I still haven't seen a shipping or tracking email. I sent them two messages and got no reply (yeah, nothing). On the bright side they stock a huge selection — that's honestly why I tried them. I expect the helmet will arrive eventually, but the silence and slowness left a bad taste, and I'm a little annoyed.

Finally tried the suit in person

Serviceordered online, waited roughly 5–7 days, and everything was ready for trying on. The shop is small, like they warn on the site, so don’t expect racks and racks to root through, but that actually made trying things quicker. The suit itself felt solid — snug where it should be, flexible across the shoulders and hips, lining not scratchy, zippers smooth. At first I was a bit skeptical about sizing, but the staff were calm, helpful and didn’t rush me while I moved around and tested the mobility. Overall I left more confident than when I came in. Would prefer a larger store, but the experience checked the main boxes: fit, comfort and patience.
Saved it after a mix-up

Returns & RefundsRight as I opened the box I noticed the helmet felt smaller than my usual M—I’d bought the same model before, so I was weirded out. First I was annoyed and a bit sceptical, because I’ve had shops just shrug at me in the past. Customer care was slow and a bit scripted at first and I nearly gave up, but after I pushed to escalate they actually checked stock, sent the correct size overnight and covered the return postage after a short back-and-forth. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when the replacement fit perfectly and the refund for the faulty one appeared with no hidden fees. Not flawless—price is fair but not the cheapest—but they turned a messy start into a proper finish. I’ve dealt with worse places, so this was pleasantly surprising.
Mid-ride planning fail

CommunicationI was packing for a weekend ride and counting on those new gloves to keep my hands from going numb — they were listed as shipping within five business days, so I figured no problem. Days went by, then weeks, and I never got a shipping update or a tracking number. I emailed support a couple of times and got nothing back. So I never actually tried the gloves; based on the photos and specs I expected decent padding and a good grip for wet roads, but that’s just expectation, not experience. In practice I had to dig out an old pair that’s thin and cramped and my hands were sore the whole trip, which is annoying and could’ve been avoided. I’m mainly frustrated by the silence and the not knowing — want a simple confirmation or a refund. I’m not dramatic about it, but it’s poor service and it affected my ride plans.
Finally sorted, after a mess

Communicationcommunication was messy and slow, and I had to chase them more than I should have, but the end result saved me the hassle of a dispute. Order #906273, for reference. I’m grateful it didn’t end up in small claims; that would’ve been a pain. So: annoying process, acceptable outcome — relieved more than impressed.
