I was half expecting a mess — sketchy reviews had me nervous — but I really needed that Nolan X804 RS Ultra Carbon in Liquid Red, nothing in Europe had it. Took the risk, ordered, it shipped next day and showed up two days later. That moment when the box arrived I kind of sighed and said, okay, this was worth it. Pretty happy with Motoin.

Not great timing — I wouldn't recommend them unless it's something you can't find anywhere else. I needed this helmet fast because I commute by bike every day and my old one had a nasty crack, so I was a bit stressed. The product page said 3–5 business days to be ready to ship, but it's been over a week now and I still haven't seen a shipping or tracking email. I sent them two messages and got no reply (yeah, nothing). On the bright side they stock a huge selection — that's honestly why I tried them. I expect the helmet will arrive eventually, but the silence and slowness left a bad taste, and I'm a little annoyed.
