I'm relieved overall — refund fixed a messy delivery; needed the part for my daily commute.

I sent a return to their return address twice and they never processed pickup or refund. Dry, factual: good product, but their return handling is unacceptable.

don’t trust the “in stock” tag. I actually spotted the carbon lid on a bike forum — a mate had tipped me off — and jumped when Motoin showed it available. Midway through the wait I kept checking, used their chatbot, got upbeat replies, so I wasn’t worried. Nine days after ordering I get an email: delayed until February next year. I phoned, the rep was nice, apologetic, and refunded immediately, which I appreciated. Still, PayPal’s exchange left me out about $64 AUD, so yeah, frustrating. Started sceptical, ended somewhat satisfied with the refund, but the whole thing was messy.

Right as I opened the box I noticed the helmet felt smaller than my usual M—I’d bought the same model before, so I was weirded out. First I was annoyed and a bit sceptical, because I’ve had shops just shrug at me in the past. Customer care was slow and a bit scripted at first and I nearly gave up, but after I pushed to escalate they actually checked stock, sent the correct size overnight and covered the return postage after a short back-and-forth. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when the replacement fit perfectly and the refund for the faulty one appeared with no hidden fees. Not flawless—price is fair but not the cheapest—but they turned a messy start into a proper finish. I’ve dealt with worse places, so this was pleasantly surprising.

I placed two orders but accidentally cancelled one right away because I clicked the wrong thing. Can you believe they didn't cancel it and won't even give me my money back? I even paid extra for fast shipping, but it's been a whole week and my order still hasn't been shipped. Just give me my money back already!
