    portable vaporizer

    I got this portable vaporizer and man, was I ever let down by how it works. After every time I use it, it gets all clogged up, so I have to clean it out and it's such a pain to do that. It basically ruins the whole point of it being portable because it's not easy to use on the go. I even tried to write a review on the company's site, but they only let positive reviews go up, which is sketchy. Customers should be able to say what they really think, the good and the bad, so other folks can know what they're getting into.

    I recently had a pretty bad experience with my purchase from this company, eh. I ordered something and turns out it was on back-order, but nobody even bothered to let me know about the delay, eh. I waited for over a month, only to get hit with a cancellation notice out of the blue, without a heads up, eh. When I called them to find out what was going on, the customer service folks were not helpful at all and even kinda rude, eh. I mean, come on! That kind of service just doesn't cut it, especially with so many options out there, eh.

    Impulse purchase regret

    I messed up big time by not looking into things before diving into a spontaneous purchase from this company. The website seemed legit and professional, so I just tossed a product in my cart without really thinking about it. Turns out, I was in for a huge letdown. Right after I hit that order button, I got an email saying my shipment would be delayed 10-14 days because of COVID. Annoyed but staying optimistic, I waited it out. Two weeks came and went, and still no sign of my order. When I tried reaching out to customer service for an update, all I got was crickets. No responses on any platform I tried. I eventually threw in the towel and canceled my order. The lack of communication and customer service was just so disappointing, especially when the product could have been awesome. But who knows, since I refuse to give any more support to a company that operates like that. Take this as a heads up for anyone thinking about buying from them - do your homework first.

    Combusts lip, auto-off too soon, poor material

    Eh, don't bother wasting your cash on this vape, eh. The mouthpiece heats up like crazy, ending up with your lips getting burned. Plus, the vape shuts off way too soon after only 5 minutes, not letting you fully enjoy the herbs, eh. And don't even get me started on trying to clean the vent on the mouthpiece - what a pain! The material also goes downhill real quick. The temperature settings on this vape seem wonky as well. The size and idea behind the vape are okay, but it's pretty clear that they need to step up their engineering game, eh.

    I spent a lot of money on this one thing, but now all I have is frustration and an empty bank account. Can you believe it? No product, no refund. It's a joke. It's so hard to reach them, it's like pulling teeth. All they give me is empty promises and excuses. It's not that hard to deliver what I ordered in a reasonable time. But apparently, that's asking too much. It's really frustrating. Avoid this company. Just a heads up.

    Black Friday oops

    I ordered something on Black Friday and then on Monday I realized I got the wrong thing. I sent an email to the company asking if I could change it and they said yes! My boyfriend ended up ordering the thing I wanted, so everything turned out great. They were super nice and understanding, it totally made my day! I'm excited to try out the thing I actually wanted. Maybe I'll order the other thing again on purpose, haha!

    My experience with the company was pretty disappointing. I bought a vaporizer and paid extra for fast shipping, thinking I'd get it quickly. But I ended up waiting almost a week with no updates on where my order was. So, I contacted their customer service, and they told me I'd have to wait another 10 to 14 days for it to arrive. I was really annoyed that they didn't tell me about the delay earlier. It left me feeling frustrated and not happy with their service. I was hoping for better communication and quicker handling of customer orders.

    Portable vaporizer

    I bought this awesome vape that was working so great. It was a bit expensive but totally worth every penny. But then, it started getting all gunky and clogged up, so I had to clean it a ton. And then, after a few months, the part inside actually broke. I reached out to customer service for some help, but they pretty much said there was nothing they could do. Can you believe that? I just wanted a replacement part so I could keep using my vape, but they didn't seem to care one bit. I was so annoyed.

Charging feels like it takes forever, and then the battery dies quick once it's ready to go. I reached out to customer service multiple times to try and return it, but no response. And when I tried to register my pen using the serial numbers, the system didn't even acknowledge them. All in all, a real headache dealing with this low-quality product and no customer help whatsoever.

    Vaporizer pen purchase

    The vape pen could be a real winner, but it's got a major issue with that plastic stink. I gave a few pens a shot, but every single one of them had that same funky smell. So, I cracked one open to see what was up, and it turns out the problem was some glue they used inside. Out of the five pens I tested, only one didn't have that glue and didn't make me feel like I was vaping burnt plastic.

    gpen connect purchased a year ago

    I got a gpen connect about a year ago but I'm bummed out by how it turned out and the customer service wasn't great either. After using it only a handful of times, the thing just stopped working. No matter how much I tried to clean and fix it, the problem wouldn't go away. When I contacted customer service without a receipt, they basically said they couldn't help me. The lack of support really left me annoyed and disappointed with the brand's service.

I gave Grenco Science my order number (#587398) but they haven't gotten back to me at all and won't send my order. It's really annoying to feel like I'm being ignored and not getting any answers. I thought this company would do better.
