Turns out, they never even got the goods and they weren't on their way like I was told. Right now, I'm trying to get a hold of Valencia Theatre Seating again to sort out this mess and find out what's going on with my order.

After a week passed, I reached out to them only to find out the items were stuck with APC Logistics. I got worried since the goods didn't move for 10 days. When I asked more questions, they said the items were held up at Customs. I decided to contact the Logistics company directly, and they said they never got the goods from Valencia Theater Seating. It's been another 2 weeks now, and even though Valencia tried shipping the items again, I still haven't received my order.
Sofa purchase
I bought a sofa two months ago and still haven't gotten it. The company's communication has been lousy, which really bugs me. Every time I try to get in touch, it takes ages for them to reply, and even then, they don't give much useful info. They told me my sofa was "stuck" with their shipper and promised to send another one, but I haven't heard anything about shipping or updates since. Not being able to talk to a real person right away has made fixing this problem even harder. On top of all that, I already paid through their partner, Bread Financial, for something I don't have yet. It's been super frustrating, so I've started disputing the charge.
