They told me the items were on their way with APC Logistics. But, after over 10 days passed and nothing moved, I decided to contact the logistics company directly. Turns out, they never even got the goods and they weren't on their way like I was told. Right now, I'm trying to get a hold of Valencia Theatre Seating again to sort out this mess and find out what's going on with my order.

It's been another 2 weeks now, and even though Valencia tried shipping the items again, I still haven't received my order.
