Lack of phone number for customer service
I just had a problem with something I bought from this company, and I was pretty disappointed to see that there's no phone number for customer service. It made it really hard to deal with my issue quickly. I had to only use email, which caused even more delays and made me even more frustrated. Not having a phone number for customer service is a big mistake and a hassle for customers.
Multi-product
I was so let down by the customer service at that store. I had a question before buying something, but they never got back to me. Because of that, I went somewhere else to shop, and ended up not being able to get multiple things I wanted.
Recent MacBook stand return
I had to return a MacBook stand because it wasn't right for me. The customer service was amazing - super friendly, helpful, and honest. I've bought a few things from them before, like two iPhone cases, an iPad case, and a MacBook case with a pouch. All of their products have been fantastic - easy to use, nice to look at, and very practical. They're meant to look even better as they age and they're great for keeping your stuff safe. I really appreciate this company for their top-notch products and service.
PlugBug Duo
I recently bought the PlugBug Duo from this company and honestly, it was a letdown. The case fell apart the first time I used it, which was really disappointing. When I tried to get some help, I felt like they were just giving me the runaround. The customer service wasn't great, they just sent me some standard email that didn't really address my issue. It was frustrating and made me feel like they didn't really care about me as a customer. Plus, not having a registration system made it even harder to get help because it seemed like they were purposely making it difficult for me. In the end, I was really unhappy with my purchase experience and don't think I'll be buying from them again.
MacBook stand insert
I'm really disappointed with how the M1 Pro and Max MacBooks aren't compatible with Bookarc in the UK. It's been almost a year since they came out, and there's still no inserts available. It's frustrating to see a company selling a product without giving us the accessories we need to use it properly. It feels like a joke and a big disappointment for loyal customers like me. I was hoping for better from this brand, especially since they're known for quality and innovation.
Quick and easy customer service
I've never had such quick and easy customer service when getting a replacement for a broken item. They got back to me right away and believed what I told them.
Overpriced, low-quality purchase
The stuff I ordered weren't even worth the high price I forked over for 'em. The quality was just awful, and I was let down by how the item fit me. When I tried to send 'em back, I couldn't believe I had to foot the bill for return shipping. And to top it off, the customer service was no help at all, just made me even more frustrated. All in all, a terrible experience that I wouldn't suggest to anyone.
International purchase
I bought something from this company and had it sent internationally. The thing I got was really good quality and the shipping was quick. But I was surprised by extra import fees that I wasn't told about when I checked out. It kinda put a damper on an otherwise good experience with this company. In the future, they should make sure to let customers know about these extra fees so they don't get caught off guard.
Replacement parts
I bought some things and then they broke, but the store sent me replacements for free! Best customer service ever, eh?
Ravup purcheese for my iPhone case
I bought an iPhone case and it fell apart in less than a year. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement, but that one also fell apart within a few months. I'm pretty disappointed with the lousy quality.
Phone-wallet case purchase
I got this phone-wallet case from the company and honestly, it was not great at all. The quality was way worse than what I expected based on my past experiences with this brand. The tabs on the case started falling apart after just a few weeks of using it. It looked like it had gone through a lot by the time a few months had gone by. I contacted the company and they sent me a new case for free, but the same issue happened again. It's really disappointing to see their standards drop so much. Interestingly, my laptop case from the same brand that I bought ten years ago is still in good shape. It's clear that the quality has definitely gone downhill over the years. I would recommend saving your money and going with a company that values quality and sustainability, like ones that use vegan leather.
Misleading product
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase. The item I got looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The colors are off, the material is not what was stated, and the overall quality is way worse than what I've gotten before. I talked to customer service, and they said it's the same as what was advertised, but that's just not true. It's frustrating to feel like I've been tricked, and now I'm stuck with something I'm not satisfied with. I used to be a regular customer, but after this, I won't be buying from this company again.
iPhone leather wallet case
As someone who's been using leather wallet cases for a long time, I was really looking forward to trying out this new product from this company. But, after using it for a year, I'm really disappointed with the quality. The leather hasn't held up well at all, even with just regular use. Compared to my previous cases, this one has fallen apart and looks awful. It's obvious that the quality has gone down. Unfortunately, I won't be buying any more cases from this brand in the future. I was surprised to find out it's made in China, which might explain the bad quality. On the bright side, the packaging was really well done and reminded me of Apple's packaging. But, the high price of the product doesn't make up for its poor durability and performance.
