PlugBug Duo
I recently bought the PlugBug Duo from this company and honestly, it was a letdown. The case fell apart the first time I used it, which was really disappointing. When I tried to get some help, I felt like they were just giving me the runaround. The customer service wasn't great, they just sent me some standard email that didn't really address my issue. It was frustrating and made me feel like they didn't really care about me as a customer. Plus, not having a registration system made it even harder to get help because it seemed like they were purposely making it difficult for me. In the end, I was really unhappy with my purchase experience and don't think I'll be buying from them again.
