Delayed delivery, multiple driver changes
The delivery service was such a letdown. They kept changing the estimated time of arrival and even switched drivers a few times, which caused a delay. When the food finally showed up, it was all cold. It was clear they weren't organized, and it really put a damper on the whole thing. I'm bummed out because of this, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Men's underwear
I can't handle this company. The ad for the men's underwear is just disgusting. I can't believe they actually thought it was a good idea to put that on TV. Seriously? I have to switch the channel immediately when it comes on, it's just so gross. I don't want my little brother watching that. The marketing team seriously needs to go, like right now. I'm never supporting this company again, like, ever.

Hoodie gift for girlfriend in Russia
I was so happy with how my online shopping experience went at this store. I'm over in the UK and wanted to send a sweet gift over to my girlfriend in Russia. Luckily, I stumbled upon this website that let me buy a hoodie using GBP and have it sent right over. It was so easy to do and the shipping costs were totally reasonable. The package got to Russia pretty quickly and my girlfriend loved her gift. I'm already thinking about buying from this store again sometime down the line.
