I bought a soap dispenser a few years back and really liked it at first. But, it ended up breaking not long after the warranty was over. Even after trying to fix it with troubleshooting guides, it wouldn't work properly. The company only gave me a 20% discount on my next buy, which doesn't really make up for how bad the product was.

I bought a stainless steel garbage bin from this company and man, was I let down by the quality. They say it's top-notch but it's definitely not worth the money.
