    I bought a soap dispenser a few years back and really liked it at first. But, it ended up breaking not long after the warranty was over. Even after trying to fix it with troubleshooting guides, it wouldn't work properly. The company only gave me a 20% discount on my next buy, which doesn't really make up for how bad the product was.

    The customer service at this company is just terrible. I called to ask about my order because the tracking info said it was delivered two weeks ago. The person I talked to didn't even check my current order, they looked at one from 4 months ago. They basically told me to search my own house for the missing package, which is so stupid and not helpful at all. In the end, the customer service sucks and they don't listen properly.

    58L automatic dual can purchase

    We bought this 58L double automatic trash can, and at first, we thought it was really cool with all its fancy tech and easy-to-use features. The voice recognition and motion sensor worked perfectly, which made throwing out the trash a lot easier. But after about a year or so, both those features started acting up. It was a bit of a letdown to see such high-tech stuff start to break down so soon. We were hoping it would have lasted longer before giving us any trouble. Now we're hoping that another company will come out with something more dependable.

    Round lighted mirrors

    I've been a customer of this company for a long time and I've always been happy with the stuff they sell. But I've run into a bit of trouble lately with two round lighted mirrors I bought.     I've had this sensor mirror for 7 years already, and lately, it's been acting up. So, I reached out to the company to see about getting it fixed. But guess what?     Smart mirrors with sensors

    I bought some smart mirrors with sensors from this company, and I have to say, they were a huge letdown. They keep breaking down after a short while, and they can't even work without the charger. And even when they have power, they still don't always function correctly. The sensors don't respond well to touch, and the light stays on way longer than needed. On top of all that, when I tried to get help with these problems, I couldn't even reach a real person. The phone numbers on their website just hang up on you, which is super frustrating and time-wasting. It feels like the company has completely ditched the "human" part of their name, and customers like me are feeling ignored and abandoned. This whole push for AI over human contact needs a serious rethink, because it's not doing any favors for us customers. Honestly, Simple Human is really dropping the ball when it comes to quality products and customer service. My trash cans are already starting to rust, and the soap dispensers I got aren't cutting it. It's obvious that this company is going downhill fast, and if they don't make some big changes soon, people will stop buying their expensive, low-quality stuff.

    So I bought this voice and sensor trashcan thinking it would be a super convenient and modern way to manage my trash. But man, was I let down. The batteries die way too fast, even though I tried all the troubleshooting tips on the website. The plug was working at first, but then it just stopped altogether. They sent me a replacement lid that opened really slowly, but I just dealt with it because I needed something to work. But, surprise surprise, the same problems kept happening - batteries dying too quickly and the plug not working. Customer service was no help at all, they didn't seem to care about my problems. Asking me for a video to show the battery issue was just ridiculous. I'm so annoyed that I wasted my money on this crappy product. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying it, be careful!

    Stainless steel trash can purchase

    I bought a stainless steel garbage bin from this company and man, was I let down by the quality. They say it's top-notch but it's definitely not worth the money. The stainless steel finish is phony and comes off easily, making the bin look cheap and beaten up. Plus, the warranty is no good since it doesn't even cover issues with the fake coating. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone in need of a sturdy and top-notch garbage bin.

    I just bought a LED Vanity mirror from this company and I ran into a problem with it.     Do not bother wasting your money on Simplehuman products. They do not keep their promises and their customer service is basically non-existent. I got a dish rack and a trash can from them, thinking I was getting top-notch products, but I was very let down. They said they had fast shipping, but my order took weeks to get to me, and they would not give me my money back. Not only that, but they tack on extra charges without explaining why. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was stuck talking to unhelpful representatives who did not seem to know anything about the company's policies. This company is just trying to make money without caring about keeping their customers happy. Stay away from them at all costs.

    Wrong trash can liners
