    Quick delivery from America to Australia

    I saw some not-so-great reviews about the delivery process, but my order arrived really quickly all the way from America to Australia and I could track it too. Plus, I got a quick response to my email and their customer service was top-notch. So, you know, you can't always believe everything you read in those negative reviews, eh?

    The customer service was top-notch! They were really good at keeping in touch and getting back to me fast. The products are pretty good quality, but I did notice that the nail polish was a bit too thick for my taste, and there were a couple of duplicates in my order.

    Best value and effective product

    I've told all my friends about how awesome it is and convinced everyone I've talked to to give it a try. I just ordered 10 more packs because it's the best in terms of value and how well it works. I'm really impressed with the quality and the results it's given me.     Dish rack and trash can

    Do not bother wasting your money on Simplehuman products. They do not keep their promises and their customer service is basically non-existent. I got a dish rack and a trash can from them, thinking I was getting top-notch products, but I was very let down. They said they had fast shipping, but my order took weeks to get to me, and they would not give me my money back. Not only that, but they tack on extra charges without explaining why. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was stuck talking to unhelpful representatives who did not seem to know anything about the company's policies. This company is just trying to make money without caring about keeping their customers happy. Stay away from them at all costs.

    I recently bought a pair of headphones online, but when they arrived, I had trouble getting them to connect through Bluetooth. I decided to return them and found out that I had to pay for the return shipping, which was an unexpected cost. Even though I agreed to it, I was surprised to hear that the headphones got stuck in customs, and I would have to pay more fees. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they weren't very helpful or understanding. I felt let down and annoyed by the company's lack of responsibility and support.
