Genetic testing
I was really bummed out by the genetic testing results I got from this company. Their report said my family tree only had three third cousins in it, and didn't mention any immediate family. I was hoping to learn more about my ancestry, so that was a big disappointment. The health info they gave me was also pretty weak, just telling me I didn't have an eye condition I already knew about. It all felt like a total rip-off, and I wish I hadn't spent my money on it. When I complained to customer service, they were no help at all, wouldn't explain or give me a refund. I should've done more research before using this service. If I'd known about all the bad experiences other folks had, I would've stayed far away.

I just bought a wall art print online, and to be honest, it wasn't the best experience. Ordering was easy, but the service disappointed me. The price was fair for what I got, but the delivery took way too long.

Faulty dual soap dispenser
The double soap dispenser I bought from this company was broken as soon as I opened it. I contacted customer service and they said I'd get a new one in 2-4 weeks. It's been two months and I still haven't got it. I'm really let down by the product and the bad customer service I've had.

Hidden fees discrepancy
I bought something from this company's website recently and I was pretty upset about the extra fees they didn't tell me about when I was checking out. When my order arrived, I saw that the prices on the items were way lower than what I had paid online. I contacted their customer service and they said that Canadian customers already had taxes and duties included in the online price. But when I looked at my bill, the taxes were shown as an extra charge, which goes against what they told me. It was really annoying how unclear they were about their pricing, and it just didn't sit right with me.

Customized blanket purchase
I recently bought a custom blanket from this company as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I ordered it on December 5th and got an email on December 17th saying they needed my approval on the design before they could ship it. I approved right away, but it's now December 24th and the blanket still hasn't been shipped. I'm really disappointed with how they haven't kept me updated and how slow they are. To top it off, I ordered a similar item from Personalization Mall for my other daughter on the same day, and not only was it cheaper, but it arrived in great quality within a week. I'd suggest avoiding Cuddle Clones if you want something reliable and quick.

Cute matching outfits for me and my mom
I found this really cute matching outfit for me and my mom at this store. It took so long to arrive, like 2 weeks, but when it finally came, everything was just as they promised. The clothes are really comfortable and the prices were reasonable. I can't wait to wear them with my mom, we're going to look amazing!
