This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve been trying to get in touch with their service center for two weeks now to get a replacement for my camera, and it’s been impossible. Their lack of communication and customer service is so frustrating. Do yourself a favor and buy your camera somewhere else.

I've had this sensor mirror for 7 years already, and lately, it's been acting up. So, I reached out to the company to see about getting it fixed. But guess what? They told me they don't do repairs and only offered me a lousy 10% off my next purchase. I even mentioned their whole sustainability thing on their website, but they didn't seem to care at all. Plus, the app that goes with the mirror is super glitchy on Android and has a bunch of terrible reviews. With how much I paid for this mirror (£200), I gotta say, I'm really let down by the whole situation.

So, I bought this CM_8M mask from the company, thinking it would be top-notch since it was expensive. But man, I was so let down. The hydration tube on the mask is ridiculously placed - no normal person can even reach it!
