TV stand parts missing
At first, I was a bit skeptical because the company was from out of the country, but I was really impressed with the amazing customer service I received. They assisted me in finding and sending the missing parts for my TV stand, even though I had already found them and asked to cancel the order. They still ended up sending the items and giving me a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by their generosity and helpfulness.

Soap dispenser purchase
I bought a soap dispenser a few years back and really liked it at first. But, it ended up breaking not long after the warranty was over. Even after trying to fix it with troubleshooting guides, it wouldn't work properly. The company only gave me a 20% discount on my next buy, which doesn't really make up for how bad the product was.

Awesome kits
The kits were so much fun to do, I really enjoyed them. I wish there were some that were a bit harder for me, 'cause I found them a bit too easy after a while. It would be awesome if they got more challenging as you progress.
