Video surveillance cameras
I recently picked up a couple of video surveillance cameras for my house. It's actually my second time getting this product because I got my first pair over a year ago from a different store. But this time around, I had to go straight to the company's website since they're not on Amazon anymore. Setting up the second set of cameras on my phone app was a breeze. Despite a few small issues like sound lag, average mic quality, and a slightly unclear speaker, these cameras do a good job for basic home surveillance. The wide angle lens and decent picture quality make them worth the price. They also stay connected to my wifi network well, even with my mesh setup.
Webcam purchase
I just bought a webcam from this company and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The HD view is super clear, and I haven't had any issues with it at all. Well, except for a little hiccup with the audio. But, the customer service team was right on it and quickly sent me a replacement. I bought a Smart Plug from this company not too long ago. The product itself is good quality and works fine, but I had some trouble with their return policy. I purchased these smart plugs about 2 years ago, and now half of them aren't working properly. It's so frustrating having to deal with all these annoying ads just to use the ones that still function. I would recommend steering clear of these plugs altogether.
"Smart sockets"
My experience with these "smart sockets" was terrible. I ended up wasting my money on two of them and spent so much time trying to make them work. I watched YouTube tutorials, followed all the steps carefully, but nothing worked. Dealing with these devices caused me so much frustration and stress, it's just not worth it for the convenience they claim to provide. Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid these products.
Smart plugs
I got these smart plugs and they are absolutely amazing! I've had them for a bit now, and setting them up with my home network was a breeze. The Smart Life app is really user-friendly and has tons of helpful information. What's even cooler is that they work perfectly with Google Home. I can monitor how much energy my appliances are using, switch things off remotely, and even schedule when things turn on and off. It's pretty much like real-life magic!

Four light bulbs
One of the light bulbs I bought stopped working completely after not even using it for long. So, I contacted their customer service team to try and fix the problem, but they asked me to send them a video of the broken bulb which seemed kind of silly to me. It's really inconvenient and unreasonable, so I've decided to return all four light bulbs instead. Next time, I think I'll just go back to using Amazon for my lighting stuff.
Lamp purchase
I bought a lamp from this company not too long ago and boy, was I ever let down by the quality. The plug broke after only two days, making the whole lamp useless. When I took a closer look, it was obvious that the cheap Chinese transformer they used wasn't up to snuff, and I couldn't find a replacement at any regular store. I got in touch with customer service to try and get a new piece, but they never got back to me. With no solution in sight, I had to throw out the lamp after just two days. I'd steer clear of this company - they seem to care more about making a quick buck than about keeping their customers happy.
x8 bulbs and x4 LED strip lights
So, yeah, like about a year ago I bought 8 bulbs and 4 LED strip lights. It took forever for them to arrive, and when they did, some of the bulbs were the wrong type! I mean, come on, I specifically asked for bayonet! They sent me another set of the wrong bulbs, but finally got it right on the third try. Only 6 out of the 8 bulbs could connect to WiFi, which was so frustrating. And now, after only a year, only 2 bulbs are still working, 2 of them only show blue, one completely stopped working, and the others won't even connect at all. On top of that, the LED strip lights display different colors when they should be one solid color, and they ended up breaking easily even though I kept them out of reach. I thought I was getting a good deal, but wow, what a disappointment. Definitely would not recommend them!
16 smart plugs
I bought 16 smart plugs from this place but they started crapping out after 18 months. So I called them up and they said their warranty only lasts a year. Honestly, their stuff's just not reliable and you won't get any help if they break. Better off getting your smart plugs from somewhere else.
Smart plugs SP27 purchase
I bought a bunch of smart plugs SP27 from this company, and every single one stopped working after only 1-2 months. I'm really disappointed in how poorly made these products are and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Cloud storage subscription
I signed up for Cloud storage so I could easily check my videos from anywhere. But I've tried getting help from customer service a bunch of times with no luck. Even though I signed up and thought the free trial wasn't enough, I still can't get into the cloud storage.
Four plugs purchased
I bought four plugs from this company not too long ago. Unfortunately, two of them have already crapped out after just 12 months of use. It's pretty annoying to have them die so soon, especially considering how much I shelled out for them. Now I just have to wait and see when the other two will give up the ghost too.
Useless plugs
These plugs are totally useless. I tried everything, but they just wouldn't pair or work right. I contacted customer service for help, but they were nowhere to be found. I ended up wasting my time and money on these plugs, and the only satisfaction I got was from smashing them on my driveway for some cathartic release. Both the indoor and outdoor plugs were equally disappointing.

I bought a 4 pack of smart plugs, eh, but y'know, one of 'em stopped working after only a couple of months. I reached out to customer service and we went through all their questions to try and fix it, even sent 'em a video of what was wrong. They asked for my address to mail a replacement but haven't heard a peep from 'em in almost a month. I'm pretty disappointed with how they're not keeping in touch and following up, eh?
