Faulty plugs
I bought two plugs, eh? But they were both super weird and wouldn't work at all, eh? I had to make a video to show them what was wrong, which was a total pain, ya know? I only like shopping on Amazon because if something's wrong, they fix it right away, eh?
Smart home products
The smart home products I bought from this company were pretty good value for the money. But when one of them ended up being faulty, I was let down by their tech support team not getting back to me. I reached out to them by opening a ticket and sending five follow-ups, but still heard nothing. It's really disappointing how there was no communication or help from their end. This whole experience has left me with a negative view of their customer service.
