I purchased these smart plugs about 2 years ago, and now half of them aren't working properly. It's so frustrating having to deal with all these annoying ads just to use the ones that still function. I would recommend steering clear of these plugs altogether.

My experience with these "smart sockets" was terrible. I ended up wasting my money on two of them and spent so much time trying to make them work. I watched YouTube tutorials, followed all the steps carefully, but nothing worked. Dealing with these devices caused me so much frustration and stress, it's just not worth it for the convenience they claim to provide. Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid these products.

I recently picked up a couple of video surveillance cameras for my house. It's actually my second time getting this product because I got my first pair over a year ago from a different store. But this time around, I had to go straight to the company's website since they're not on Amazon anymore. Setting up the second set of cameras on my phone app was a breeze. Despite a few small issues like sound lag, average mic quality, and a slightly unclear speaker, these cameras do a good job for basic home surveillance. The wide angle lens and decent picture quality make them worth the price. They also stay connected to my wifi network well, even with my mesh setup.

As someone who just bought a smart plug, I gotta say, getting it to work with my router was way harder than I thought. Even though the website said it'd be easy, I had a tough time getting everything connected. It took me a while to figure it all out, but after a lot of trying and looking stuff up, I finally got it working. For someone who's not super great with tech stuff, it was pretty annoying and kinda stressful.

So, yeah, like about a year ago I bought 8 bulbs and 4 LED strip lights. It took forever for them to arrive, and when they did, some of the bulbs were the wrong type! I mean, come on, I specifically asked for bayonet! They sent me another set of the wrong bulbs, but finally got it right on the third try. Only 6 out of the 8 bulbs could connect to WiFi, which was so frustrating. And now, after only a year, only 2 bulbs are still working, 2 of them only show blue, one completely stopped working, and the others won't even connect at all. On top of that, the LED strip lights display different colors when they should be one solid color, and they ended up breaking easily even though I kept them out of reach. I thought I was getting a good deal, but wow, what a disappointment. Definitely would not recommend them!

I bought a bunch of smart plugs SP27 from this company, and every single one stopped working after only 1-2 months. I'm really disappointed in how poorly made these products are and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I bought four plugs from this company not too long ago. Unfortunately, two of them have already crapped out after just 12 months of use.
