CommunicationI bought a 4 pack of smart plugs, eh, but y'know, one of 'em stopped working after only a couple of months. I reached out to customer service and we went through all their questions to try and fix it, even sent 'em a video of what was wrong. They asked for my address to mail a replacement but haven't heard a peep from 'em in almost a month. I'm pretty disappointed with how they're not keeping in touch and following up, eh?

But when one of them ended up being faulty, I was let down by their tech support team not getting back to me. I reached out to them by opening a ticket and sending five follow-ups, but still heard nothing. It's really disappointing how there was no communication or help from their end.
